Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist

Temp-to-Hire

  • Pay: $20–$25/hour DOE
  • Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 6 hours/day (20–25 hours/week)

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions in a part-time, temp-to-hire role. This position is responsible for processing invoices, managing payments and collections, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records while supporting the day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable invoices, approvals, and payments
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and cash applications
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate AP/AR records and financial reports
  • Work with internal departments to improve accounting processes
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of AP/AR experience
