This is a Temporary Pool position
Description:
Provide the best experience for our Guests with elegance, style, finesse and a charming demeanor. Must maintain extensive outlet menu, wine and spirits knowledge. Duties include food service and extensive beverage preparation and entertainment/flair for the assigned outlet which may include bar, lounge, gaming and dining areas while maintaining proper health standards and a safe environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum age requirement is 21. Previous Food and Beverage experience in a fast pace environment with bartending experience in a nightclub and/or entertainment venue. Outgoing personality, warm and friendly, demonstrate enthusiasm and professionalism, and effective listening skills. Must have the ability to work effectively in a high volume environment while maintaining proper portion control, safety, health and service standards.
