Join a team at the intersection of cloud technology and the world's most dynamic entertainment, gaming, and sports organizations. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This pivotal role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, requiring exceptional communication skills while representing the directors' office with professionalism and discretion.
The role will require managing complex, ever-changing schedules, planning and organizing both internal and external events, domestic and international travel coordination, arranging and managing logistics efficiently for executives and team members

The ideal candidate will be someone who can complete complex tasks and projects swiftly with minimal guidance, anticipate business needs, respond promptly to unexpected situations and problem solve.

Manage domestic and international travel and expenses
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-team meetings, off-sites, and customer-facing events)
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on open items
Act as a liaison for direct reports
Document writing, editing, and readiness
A day in the life
This role supports two Directors within the AWS Industries Media & Entertainment, Games & Sports organization

No two days look the same. The work includes managing complex, multi-timezone calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring leaders are prepared for their day. Travel coordination for industry events, customer meetings, and internal engagements is regular, managing details from flights to ground transportation.

The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted liaison between supported leaders and their teams, tracking action items, following up on deliverables, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. The work includes drafting agendas, organizing off-sites, coordinating team morale events, or preparing materials for customer engagements. Close partnership with other Executive Assistants across AWS and customers is essential.

An agile mindset is critical as priorities shift based on what leaders, customers, and the business need, and the ability to adjust quickly and stay solutions-oriented is what drives success.
