Summary

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and department support to the Chief Products & Experiences Officer and SVP of Marketing – Entertainment Properties. They will be encouraged to use their judgment to schedule meetings, plan travel, process expense reports, develop initial project insights, and drive multiple project plans. They must become familiar with all Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment employees and be current with ongoing company projects as well as familiar with the Brooklyn landscape.

What You Will Do

  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars, prioritizing meetings and engagements based on evolving business needs across entertainment, media, merchandise, and live events
  • Coordinate all meeting logistics, including materials, A/V, virtual platforms, and alignment across senior leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal partners, executive leadership, ownership groups, and external vendors, ensuring clear, timely communication and strong relationship management
  • Handle incoming communications and requests with sound judgment, responding independently when appropriate
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries; manage expense reporting and support budget tracking as needed
  • Support cross-functional initiatives across Products & Experiences and Entertainment Marketing by conducting research, facilitating project plans, and coordinating deliverables across media, merchandise, and live event workstreams
  • Assist in the planning and execution of live events, hospitality functions, and special projects, including coordination of tickets, merchandise, gifting, and on-site logistics
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects, content initiatives, and experiential activations
  • Compile and organize sensitive documentation for senior leadership, maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Anticipate executive and departmental needs, proactively identifying solutions and driving operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment
  • Partner closely with other assistants and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, continuity, and effective support across the organization

What You Will Bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience in an executive administrative or operations role, supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, complex schedules, and high-profile stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level materials
  • Experience supporting events, hospitality, or consumer-facing experiences (e.g., media, merchandise, live events) is a plus
  • Familiarity with a global business environment and the Brooklyn/NYC landscape is preferred

Compensation

$66,500 - $95,000 base salary

Work Environment

Work primarily in an office environment but will be expected to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
