Job description

The Manager, Enterprise Professional Services is responsible for leading and scaling FloQast's Enterprise implementation delivery function. This role owns delivery execution for upmarket Enterprise and Strategic customers, ensuring complex, multi-product implementations are delivered predictably, efficiently, and with a high-quality customer experience. The Manager will lead a team of Enterprise-focused implementation consultants, serve as a senior escalation point for complex delivery scenarios, and be accountable for enterprise delivery outcomes, customer experience, and team performance.
 
This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader. Please note that this requirement is subject to ongoing review and may be adjusted in the future.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and manage a team of Enterprise-focused implementation consultants, focusing on their development, growth, regular feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Own delivery execution for Enterprise and Strategic customer implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high-quality customer experience.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex enterprise implementations and challenging customer situations.
  • Manage, coach, and develop team members through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations.
  • Execute implementation, delivery, and scale a high-performing Enterprise delivery team capable of supporting complex, multi-product implementations.
  • Assess incoming Enterprise deals and collaborate with Professional Services leadership on scoping, staffing, and delivery planning.
  • Monitor delivery health across Enterprise projects, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation plans.
  • Drive consistent, predictable outcomes across Enterprise projects in environments with ambiguity and changing requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Enterprise delivery execution, quality, and consistency.
  • Establish clear expectations for ownership, communication, and follow-through on complex customer engagements.
  • Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, Partner teams, and Customer Success leadership to align on Enterprise delivery expectations.
  • Support Enterprise expansion efforts by enabling implementation teams to identify and surface expansion opportunities during delivery.
  • Represent Enterprise Professional Services in internal planning, escalation, and strategy discussions.
What You'll Bring:
  • BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Professional Services or Implementation specifically within the Fintech, Accounting Tech, or ERP ecosystem
  • 1+ years of people-management experience leading delivery, consulting, or implementation teams.
  • Experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and follow-through
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency, organizational and time management skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Strong work ethic and integrity
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands 
Nice to Have:
  • CPA and/or public accounting experience is a bonus but not required

The base pay range for this position is $126,000 - $188,000. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
