Position summary
The Director is a visionary leader responsible for developing and implementing a strategic Enrollment Management plan for the University . He/she leads strategic planning for student recruitment, admissions, and retention, driving efforts to meet enrollment goals , with a special focus on supporting the mission of the Adventist Church .
The Director reports to and works closely with the Vice President for Strategic Enrollment, Marketing, and Communication, partnering with him to establish an ambitious enrollment management vision . The Director 's direct reports are the Directors of Graduate Enrollment and Undergraduate Enrollmen t.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Enrollment Management: Develop and execute comprehensive plans for recruitment and retention .
  • Recruitment & Marketing: Implement strategies to attract new students, including high school outreach, campus visits, and marketing materials.
  • Admissions Operations: Oversee the application process, review applications, and manage student data systems (CRM) to ensure accuracy.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze trends in enrollment data to set targets, monitor progress, and report outcomes to leadership.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and coach admissions staff and counselors.
  • The Director ensures the engagement of the offices of A cademic A ffairs, A thletic departments, Music department, Center for Faith Engagement, Student Life, and Alumni , in developing relationships with external partners .
  • Collaboration: Establish close working relationships with senior staff of Student Financial Services, International Student Services, Marketing and Communication, Academic Affairs, and others to engage in conversations about enrollment priorities, shifting demographics, recruitment, financial aid allocation, retention, branding, alumni engagement, and the trade-offs and priorities that inform and shape admissions .
  • Policy & Compliance: Act as the FERPA compliance officer and ensure adherence to institutional policies.
  • Oversee recruitment, management, professional development, and retention of direct reports and staff in enrollment management. Provide strategic oversight and expertise ; develop a strong sense of teamwork, and investment in mission across all functional areas; establish an environment of mentoring and support.
  • M anage the enrollment budget , ensuring that resources are allocated in a way that achieves goals .
  • Ensure that the University is creatively represented on the admissions and financial aid website s and in other digital and social media in collaboration with Marketing & Communication.
  • Leverage existing and emerging technologies to communicate and build relationships with students, families, and secondary school counselors; deploy appropriate technology and other tools and resources within enrollment management.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to create targeted campaigns for undergraduate, graduate, and online programs.
    • Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment efforts and ensure a strong return on investment in enrollment activities.

Supervise Student Visits, International Transcripts Evaluation , Admission, Campus Visit, Undergraduate Recruitment , Graduate Enrollment Management , CRM analyst , CRM manager , Switchboard , and Common App .
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree required .
  • Experience: Minimum of f ive years of professional experience .
  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Key Attributes: Strong communication skills, data-driven decision-making, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to the beliefs and the mission of the Adventist Church.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Able to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Able to produce scores that evaluate or rate students based on a variety of factors, including individual test scores and class grades from secondary school and/or college from both domestic and international schools.
REASONING ABILITY: Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must possess valid driver's license and insurance.
