Description Summary: Project Manager
Location: Dayton, Ohio
ADF Engineering is looking for a Project Manager to become a part of our team at our Miamisburg (South Dayton), Ohio offices.
The successful candidate for this position will work on time and cost sensitive projects in a multi-disciplinary, team-based environment to provide customer-focused engineering consulting services. The successful candidate for this position must have the ability to develop positive working relationships with industrial customers to provide cost-effective solutions to their engineering needs.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or another related field is required.
  • 5+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in project delivery leading multi-discipline projects across different industries
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and consulting teams
  • Manage invoicing, create financial reports and manage profit profitability
  • Understanding of industrial facilities, building systems, codes, and construction processes
  • Communication, leadership, and client management skills
  • Excellent writing abilities including proposals and project reports.
