Compensation & Role Details:
Expected Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is between $75,000 - $90,000 CAD depending on experience and qualifications

About the RoleWe're looking for a Program Manager who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to drive execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
This role is all about making progress happen - taking ownership of key initiatives, aligning teams, removing blockers, and ensuring work gets delivered and adopted.
You'll operate at the center of Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Support - helping turn priorities into real outcomes.

What You'll Be Responsible For1) Driving Execution- Own delivery of key initiatives from planning through launch
- Build timelines, identify dependencies, and keep work moving
- Ensure work delivers against clear business outcomes
2) Unblocking and Problem Solving- Identify risks, gaps, and bottlenecks early
- Proactively remove blockers across teams
- Step in where things are unclear, stuck, or off-track
3) Cross-Functional Coordination- Align Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Support teams
- Keep stakeholders informed and accountable to commitments
- Help drive decisions when priorities or trade-offs are unclear
4) Improving How We Work- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce friction
- Help standardize workflows and increase consistency across teams
- Support better rollout and adoption of new initiatives
What Success Looks Like (First 6-12 Months)- Deliver multiple complex initiatives successfully and on time
- Reduce delays, handoff issues, and cross-team friction
- Improve consistency and predictability of delivery
- Become a trusted "go-to" person for getting things done
- Help teams move faster with fewer escalations and issues
Who You Are- 2-5 years experience in program management, operations, consulting, or SaaS environments
- Proven ability to drive execution across multiple teams
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and taking ownership of outcomes
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action
- Able to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
Nice to Have (but not required)
- Experience in payments, fintech, payment processors
- Understanding of payment processing, gateways and integrations
- Experience working on technical or system-driven initiatives
- Exposure to SaaS, platforms, or integrations
- Experience improving operational processes or delivery models
