Job Description We're hiring an Engineering Administrator for our Houston, TX client. We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately. DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB: Job Title: Document Control Administrator Location: Houston, TX Pay: $28-$30/hr Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm Duration: Temp-to-Hire Description of Duties: Review, process, and maintain engineering documents, including drawings, change orders, specifications, Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), Engineering Release Notices (ERNs), and Product Statement of Requirements (PSORs) to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Create and maintain Material Masters, Bills of Material (BOMs), and Production Versions in SAP S/4HANA while supporting multiple company locations. Coordinate document control activities by organizing technical files, managing SharePoint sites, distributing engineering communications, and maintaining current documentation. Provide administrative support through data entry, report generation, office supply management, and collaboration with engineering teams to resolve documentation discrepancies.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of administrative or document control experience. Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, including Material Masters and Bills of Material (BOMs). Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation; Oil & Gas or engineering industry experience preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
