Job description

Growing engineering firm is looking for a talented Civil Engineer for their Rochester, Minnesota office!



Responsibilities:
  • Manage municipal clients/projects
  • Develop design concepts
  • Prepare reports, estimates, contract documents, specifications
  • Administer the public bidding process
  • Assist with business development (attend industry functions, client meetings and presentations)
  • Communicate with clients and external contractors


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
  • 5+ years municipal engineering experience
  • PE License
  • Knowledge of MnDOT requirements, State-Aid procedures and funding programs (USDA Rural Development and Public Facility Administration)
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroStation preferred

Salary is commensurate with experience.
