Job description

We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented IT support specialist to join a team and provide responsive technical assistance to employees across a range of desktop and cloud-based technologies. This position offers the opportunity to support both onsite and remote users, resolve day-to-day technical issues, and contribute to a high-service IT environment. The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting ability, a service-oriented approach, and experience working with modern Microsoft tools and endpoint management platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, software applications, and connectivity concerns in both Windows and macOS environments.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving Microsoft Azure, Intune, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, user access, malware, and core networking services.
• Provide both in-person and remote support while keeping users informed through clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Manage user administration tasks across Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365, including account setup, access changes, password support, and offboarding activities.
• Support collaboration and communication tools such as Zoom, Webex, and other business meeting platforms.
• Assist with endpoint protection and compliance efforts by supporting encryption, antivirus tools, patching, backup processes, and device management controls.
• Prepare, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, mobile hardware, and standard business applications for end users.
• Create and update technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base content to improve service delivery.
• Escalate advanced technical issues when appropriate and contribute to IT initiatives, rollout activities, and end-user instruction.• At least 1 year of experience in an IT support, help desk, or desktop support role.
• Working knowledge of both Windows and macOS operating systems in a business setting.
• Hands-on experience supporting Azure-based services and Microsoft Intune administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Experience providing high-touch end-user assistance, including support for leadership or executive staff.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
