Responsibilities:

  • Responsible formaintainingEnterprise Technology's Senior Endpoint Engineer ensuring that corresponding strategic goals are planned, advanced and achieved, and that they deliver business value.
  • Provides direction for the vendor desktop strategy to ensure those technologies are cohesive andin sync
  • Providehands ontechnologyexpertiseto current desktop systems
  • Strengthens alignment byparticipating inin strategic and operational planning activities involving GTS service owners and top technical staff.
  • Provides consulting on operational processes tomaintainstrategic alignment and minimize customer impact.
  • Provides consulting for architecture team in reviewing strategic technologies and solution design.
  • Constantly engage in challenging the status-quo and bringing in more value to the organization through in-house/external technology solutions
  • Conductsresearch for IT projects that are strategic in nature.
  • Assess various technologies, products, and services related to the management of performance-based information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or technically related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 5+ yearsdemonstratedrelated experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills enabling effective articulation of strategy
  • Breadth of knowledge across majority of technology disciplines including web, database, data center, network, and workforce computing technologies
  • Deep understanding of modern endpoint management ecosystems, including SCCM, Intune, and automated application delivery frameworks, with the ability to drive modernization and standardization across a global environment.
  • Proven understanding of cloud technologies available
  • Experience modernizing legacy code andautomationswith SQL databases, Visual Studio, and GitHub (branching, pull requests, CI), refactoring into maintainable, testable components.
  • Experience with cloud-based virtual desktops including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), AWSWorkSpaces, Citrix, andNerdio, covering deployment, scaling, image management, security, and cost optimization.
  • Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) and enterprise ITSM processes, including automated PC provisioning/build pipelines (physical and virtual), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), full asset and lifecycle management workflows, and cost/billing reconciliation.
  • Strong understanding of technology architecture principles
  • Ability to convert complex information into simple, explainable solutions
  • Understanding of current and future business needs met by infrastructure platforms
  • Possesses a strong planning orientation with integrative and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts and coach others innew technologiesand strategies

Compensation:

The Salary for this position generally ranges between$105,000 - $145,000 annually.Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors includingqualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.

This is a hybrid position requiring three days in office per week in one of our hub locations (Philadelphia, PA; Cedar Rapids, IA; Denver, CO). Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
