Job description

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.


We are inviting you to apply for the EMS Manager position. In this role, you are responsible for providing and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for employees and guests through comprehensive and effective safety planning and programming. The EMS Manager incorporates loss-prevention strategies and management for the protection of assets and ensures the company is operating within the parameters of all environmental, health, and safety compliance and regulations.


This is an on-site hourly role.


We require that you have a background of five years’ experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) or an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)- related position.


One of the following certifications is required:

  • National Registry of EMTs (NREMT)
  • State of Wisconsin EMS Licensure
  • Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT)
  • Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians (AEMT)
