Our main focus is to provide exceptional customer service in all aspects of patient care.
Position Overview: EMS Coordinator is a Full Time Position with Benefits
We are currently seeking a highly motivated EMS Coordinator to manage our daily operations. Flexibility is a key component in the success of this role within our company.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate ALS and BLS Field Operations.
    • Establish and communicate clearly defined goals, deadlines, and expectations to Field Staff.
    • Conduct ALS and BLS operations Quality Assurance and Control.
  • Update and implement Standard Operating Procedures for ALS & BLS.
  • Lead Meetings
  • Interdepartmental regular communications to ensure company objectives are met.
  • Statistics Generation via excel spreadsheets.
  • Disciplining and Terminating staff
  • Investigation of Incidents, Accidents, Injuries.
  • Coordinate EMS field logistics
  • Purchasing & Inventory Control

  • Customer Service Issue Resolution

Requirements:
  • Associate Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and ability to easily navigate databases are required.
  • 2 or more years of supervisory / management experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of Ambulance and or Transportation, Services Industry, Healthcare Industry is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving and relationship building skills are essential to the success of this role.
