Job Title: Full-Time Employee Recruiter

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Full-Time Employee Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining high-quality caregivers while representing our organization within the community. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong teams and supporting employee success.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively recruit caregivers through various channels including job boards, referrals, and community outreach
  • Attend and represent the company at career events, job fairs, and community functions
  • Build relationships within the community to promote brand awareness and attract candidates
  • Conduct interviews, screen applicants, and coordinate hiring decisions
  • Assist caregivers throughout the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and requirements are completed accurately and timely
  • Ensure new hires are properly set up in systems and prepared for their roles
  • Develop and maintain employee retention plans to support caregiver satisfaction and longevity
  • Maintain consistent communication with caregivers to provide support and address concerns
  • Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet staffing needs and improve recruitment strategies
Qualifications:

  • Previous recruiting or HR experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable attending events and engaging with the public
  • Proficient in basic computer systems and hiring platforms
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
Schedule:

  • Full-time position
  • Some evenings or weekends may be required for events (Will be asked in advance if okay - Most events are throughout the week days)
