Inside Sales Representative - Real Estate Acquisition


Salary: $200,000-$300,000+ per year | No License or Experience Required


Average sales reps make $200k-$400k annually. Base Pay of $3,000/mo first 2-months then a $3,000/draw months 3+ (meaning paid the greater of $3,000/month or paid commisson). Commission paid is 10% of the assignment fee (revenue for the deal)

1099 role.

What You’ll Do Daily

  • Make 175+ inbound/outbound calls with warm, motivated sellers
  • Build rapport and uncover seller motivation
  • Negotiate win-win solutions
  • Present cash offers using proven scripts and strategies
  • Analyze properties and determine offer prices (training provided)
  • Manage leads and follow-ups in our CRM
  • Send contracts and push deals through closing
