This role leads key HR functions including employee relations investigations, labor relations, leadership development facilitation, and new employee onboarding and orientation. The position also partners closely with supervisors and leadership to build managerial capability and ensure consistent application of organizational policies and practices. The Employee Engagement Specialist is responsible for fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. This role leads key HR functions including employee relations investigations, labor relations, leadership development facilitation, and new employee onboarding and orientation. The position also partners closely with supervisors and leadership to build managerial capability and ensure consistent application of organizational policies and practices.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Onboarding & EngagementCoordinate and facilitate the New Employee Welcome program to ensure a positive onboarding experience.Facilitate new employee orientation sessions to introduce new hires to organizational culture, policies, and expectations.Present HR updates and information at leadership meetings Participate in organizational Committees to promote communication and engagement.
