Employee Engagement Coordinator

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Employee Engagement Coordinator support employee engagement, culture, early talent initiatives, DEI and HR programs. This role partners across the organization to coordinate events, communications, recruiting activities, and employee experience initiatives while ensuring projects are delivered on time and with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee engagement, culture, and workplace initiatives.
  • Assist with planning and execution of meetings, events, volunteer activities, and employee programs.
  • Support internship and early talent programs, including onboarding, communications, and logistics.
  • Coordinate travel, scheduling, expense reporting, and meeting logistics.
  • Maintain project plans, reports, and program documentation.
  • Prepare presentations, communications, and other materials for leadership.
  • Support recruiting efforts through interview scheduling, candidate communications, and administrative coordination.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to improve processes and enhance the employee and candidate experience.
  • Provide additional administrative and project support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, employee engagement, administrative support, or program coordination.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with Workday, Concur, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, or Canva is a plus.
