Job description

Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that replace traditional software development by generating, testing, and deploying production applications directly from plain-language intent. Our systems run in production at global scale and are used to build millions of real applications.
Since public launch, Emergent has crossed $100M in ARR and grown to over 10M users across 190+ countries. We're backed by Khosla Ventures, SoftBank, Google, Lightspeed, Prosus, Together, and Y Combinator.
We're solving the hard part of AI-driven software creation: correctness, reliability, security, and scale in real production systems. The team is built by repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT & IIM alumni, and leaders from Google, Amazon, and Dropbox.
We're hiring builders who want ownership, speed, and impact at global scale.
The Role
Emergent is one of the fastest-growing AI products on the planet, and we're just getting started. As Brand Marketing Lead, you own how the world feels about Emergent. You'll take the brand system we're building and bring it to life everywhere our audience meets us: paid creative, web, social, and the physical and digital spaces in between. You'll drive the tentpole campaigns that define our year and the daily craft that compounds into a brand people recognize on sight. This is a rare seat: a generational product, a category being defined in real time, and a blank canvas to build a brand that cuts through.
What You'll Do:
  • Operationalize and expand the brand system we're building. Take it from guidelines to a living system that shows up with consistency and craft across every channel and surface.
  • Own brand and creative execution end to end: paid ad creative, web design, lifecycle, social, and digital and physical media. Set the bar for how Emergent looks, sounds, and feels on every surface we ship.
  • Concept and ship the tentpole creative campaigns that define our year. Lead the work from idea to launch and make it land in a crowded category.
  • Drive brand evolution as the company scales. Know when to hold the line on the system and when to push it forward.
  • Bring the brand into the world: events, OOH, merch, launch moments, and the digital surfaces millions of users touch every day.
  • Partner across teams. Work with Product on in-product experience, Growth on creative that converts, Product Marketing on narrative, and outside partners and agencies on production at scale.

Who You Are:
  • 8+ years in brand and creative at a high-growth consumer or tech company, with a portfolio of campaigns and brand work that shipped at meaningful scale.
  • Design-forward to the core. You have strong taste, sharp creative instincts, and the craft to art-direct work you'd put your name on.
  • You operate at both altitudes: set brand strategy and creative direction, then get into the file and make the work great.
  • You adopt and apply AI into your daily creative workflow to 10x your output. You already use generative tools to concept, produce, and ship faster than teams several times your size.
  • You've built tentpole campaigns from blank page to launch, and you know how to make a brand cut through without a nine-figure media budget.
  • Customer-obsessed and data-informed. You start with insight, trust your eye, and measure what the work does.
  • Excellent attention to detail. You sweat the kerning, the crop, and the handoff.
  • Bias for action. You ship, learn, and iterate faster than the market expects.

Why Join Us:
  • Build the brand for products used by millions of creators worldwide.
  • Work with a high-caliber, maker-first team solving frontier AI problems.
  • Competitive compensation and meaningful equity.
  • Fast learning, real impact, and a clear path to ownership and growth.

Benefits and Perks:
  • 401(k)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off: take the time you need to recharge and come back refreshed
  • Flexible Working Hours: work arrangements that fit your life and commitments

The compensation range for this role is: 200,000 USD - 250,000 USD + Bonus + ESOPs
Let's build the future of software together.
