We're looking for a Senior Cross-Sales Account Executive, Embedded Finance to join our ever evolving Commercial team to help us unleash the potential of every business through Embedded Finance solutions.

About the role:

The Cross-Sales Account Executive acts as an advisor and subject matter expert across the Global Payments for Platforms Value Added Services (VAS) offerings, including Embedded Finance solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our cross-functional leaders to design and launch successful Go To Market (GTM) strategies for VAS and Embedded Finance products. The Cross-Sales Account Executive will work closely with the internal Partner Success Managers (PSM) as well as Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to create and execute outreach strategies and sales engagements throughout all phases of the cross-sales lifecycle. They will have a deep understanding of the Platforms VAS product offerings, serving as an internal SME. The cross-sales AE should have a proven track record of sales success and GTM strategy with strong organization, communication, and analytical skills.

What you'll own:

  • Work closely with PSM's to identify and close Value Added Services (VAS) opportunities, including Embedded Finance solutions and additional new product releases, across all Global Payments for Platforms segments
  • Involvement in all phases of the VAS sales lifecycle, including GTM launch, identifying and developing leads, meeting with clients, developing value propositions, commercials, negotiation and closing
  • Work with commercial teams on deal strategies, negotiations, pipeline management and forecasting
  • Engage in Gap Selling best practices, understanding Partner's current and desired future state, positioning the VAS and Embedded Finance product/service as the ideal solution
  • Gain deep understanding of the VAS and Embedded Finance product offerings by segment, serve as commercial cross-functional Subject Mater Expert (SME) across these product offerings
  • Assist in driving product and offering improvement and enhancements by providing market and Partner feedback to Product and Product Marketing teams
  • Continuously refine messaging, value proposition and positioning based on learnings from Partner interactions and engagements
  • Assist with cross-functional alignment, planning, and execution for VAS and Embedded Finance GTM strategies
  • Work with Marketing to design and execute on GTM plans, campaigns, and collateral, ensuring the PSM and Sales teams have the necessary assets and tools to be successful
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual cross-sales targets, while achieving deal quality standards

What you bring:

  • Strong sales ability with payments and fintech industry experience
  • Deep experience of Embedded Finance solutions and other value-added financial products
  • Ability to develop robust product knowledge and associated technical understanding
  • Successful track record of launching new products into existing customer bases and exceeding financial targets
  • Quickly build relationships and engage with executive decision makers and balance business and technical conversations
  • Well-honed and detailed communication skills including written, verbal and advanced listening skills
  • Knowledge of product marketing and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong organizational, analytical, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to changes
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross functionally
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office technologies, Salesforce and Hubspot experience a plus

For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $124,200.00-$184,800.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location.
