About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with email automation tools, audience segmentation, campaign performance analysis, and lead nurturing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Design and manage email workflows, drip campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails.
  • Segment email databases and personalize campaigns for targeted audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, layouts, and CTAs to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update email subscriber lists while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to develop engaging email content.
  • Ensure email campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
