Our portfolio includes residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties throughout the Milwaukee area. We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Associate to help elevate our brand, support leasing initiatives, and drive engagement across multiple marketing channels.

Position Summary

The Marketing Associate will support the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies that promote our properties, services, and company brand. This role will work closely with property management, leasing, and leadership teams to create compelling marketing materials, manage digital content, coordinate events, and help drive occupancy and business growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing & Branding

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

• Create and maintain marketing material, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, signage, and promotional materials.

• Ensure consistent branding across all company communications and marketing channels.

• Coordinate property photography, videography, and virtual tours.

Digital Marketing

• Manage and update company websites..

• Create and schedule content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

• Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries as appropriate.

• Assist with email marketing campaigns and resident communications.

• Track and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics.

Property Support

• Partner with leasing teams to develop property-specific marketing strategies.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Support resident retention initiatives.

Events & Community Outreach

• Coordinate events, open houses, grand openings, and community outreach activities.

• Assist with sponsorships, networking events, and local partnerships.

• Represent the company professionally at community and industry events.

Administrative Support

• Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.

• Coordinate with vendors, printers, photographers, and advertising partners.

• Manage marketing inventory and promotional materials.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.

• 3-5 years of marketing experience preferred.

• Experience in real estate, multifamily housing, property management, hospitality, or related industries is highly desirable.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with social media management platforms.

• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.

• Experience with website content management systems (WordPress preferred).

• Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multifamily property marketing.

• Basic photography and video editing skills.

• Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.

• Experience with CRM or property management software.
