Job description

The objective of the Marketing Associate is to support the day-to-day property marketing operations by creating marketing materials used for proposals and listings. You are able to execute multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously, thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and apply your positive and hard-working attitude to your professional endeavors. This role will allow for ongoing creativity with other departments to create a seamless marketing experience for our agents and clients.
This will be an in-office role in Scottsdale, AZ.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the marketing process for proposals and listings for assigned product types and agents
  • Create professionally designed marketing packages implementing deal pertinent information from agents following Matthews brand standard guidelines
  • Communicate with agent regarding overall design, marketing strategy, and marketing goals for listing
  • Manage multiple property marketing campaigns at any given time and maintain critical deadlines
  • Collaborate with pre-production and digital marketing teams to create marketing packages and implement effective digital marketing strategy
  • Review website, email, and social media material to ensure that information is accurate and consistent across all platforms
  • Track progress of email campaigns and provide analytical reports to agents
  • Provide recommendations to agent regarding overall marketing strategy

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 1+ years of equivalent, relevant work experience

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) โ€ข Experience working in a Commercial Real Estate firm
