This role will own the development and execution of email programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue across multiple audience segments and sales funnel stages. You'll bring expertise in audience segmentation, email database strategy, content marketing, and campaign execution to help us deliver more relevant, timely, and effective communications.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role. You'll partner closely with demand generation, design, copy, sales enablement, sales leaders, and BDRs to build and optimize email programs that support key go-to-market priorities. You'll help translate campaign goals into smart segmentation, strong messaging, and scalable execution that reaches the right audience at the right moment.
What You'll Accomplish
  • Partner with the marketing and demand generation team to create an email calendar and own execution of email programs against that calendar to drive maximum email volume across multiple audience segments
  • Build and execute emails with key stakeholders across campaigns including events, product launches, content marketing, marketing nurture, and more.
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies based on sales funnel stage, persona, account type, and campaign goals
  • Manage email database hygiene and support scalable audience targeting to improve reach, engagement, and conversion
  • Partner cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, sales enablement, sales leaders, and BDRs to bring email campaigns to market effectively
  • Deliver email performance insights to creative teams to inform design and copy, and to marketing teams to inform email strategy
  • Report on email marketing impact, including contribution to engagement, pipeline progression, and broader demand generation goals

Basic Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in B2B email marketing; healthcare or digital health experience is a plus
  • Expertise in full-funnel email marketing strategy and execution, including nurture, promotional, event, product, and content-driven campaigns
  • Strong understanding of email database management, audience segmentation, and sales funnel stage segmentation
  • Strong writing, editing, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and turn complex ideas into clear, compelling campaigns
  • Comfortable using email marketing tools such as Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot, along with Salesforce; basic HTML experience preferred
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • AI-forward: experience using AI tools in your marketing work to support content development, research, synthesis, or workflow efficiency
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
