Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end execution and optimization of organic email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud - including initial build/design, audience segmentation, deployment, testing, and post-send analysis
  • Execute audience segmentation, workflow configuration, and marketing automation processes to support targeted and personalized communications
  • Conduct A/B testing, campaign quality assurance, troubleshooting, and deliverability monitoring to ensure high-quality performance and compliance with email marketing best practices
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using reporting and analytics tools, translating insights into actionable optimizations that improve engagement and effectiveness
  • Proactively assess and enhance the current state of email channels by identifying opportunities for optimization and making recommendations grounded in industry best practices and performance data
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging alignment and support broader integrated marketing initiatives across digital channels
  • Other duties as assigned that contribute to key outcomes of the Corporate Marketing team
