You'll guide them through onboarding, help close new accounts, and collaborate with our internal team to deliver five‐star fulfillment that keeps clients (and partners) coming back.

Key Responsibilities Pipeline & Partner Growth Build and manage your own book of business with the support of our Partnership Coordinators. Receive an immediate pipeline of opportunities to manage, along with a Partnership Coordinator to bring inbound leads to your calendar.

Manage follow‐ups, tasks, and forecasting inside HubSpot CRM. Lead discovery calls and strategy sessions with new and existing agency partners. Client & Account Management Act as the primary point of contact for assigned agencies and their clients.

Collaborate with the Operations and Account Management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery. Identify upsell and cross‐sell opportunities to drive mutual growth. Strategic Collaboration Work alongside the Partnership Coordinator(s) to support new partner onboarding, audit presentations, and growth plans.

Communicate clearly and consistently with internal departments to align goals and handoffs. Performance Tracking Maintain accurate CRM data and generate performance reports. Use insights to refine strategies and improve partner outcomes.

Qualifications Experience & Education 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing. Proven success selling for a marketing agency with services such as SEO, SEM, and other marketing services. Experience managing enterprise‐level marketing accounts and digital advertising budgets.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is preferred but not required. Experience building marketing strategies to educate and upsell services. Technical Competencies Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads.

Knowledge of programmatic advertising and omnichannel strategy. Experience working through PnPdoc and Slack platforms. Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, analytics platforms, and performance reporting.

Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, keyword strategy, and conversion optimization. Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills — both verbal and written. Consultative, relationship‐driven sales approach.

High emotional intelligence and problem‐solving mindset. Self‐starter with a proactive, organized, and dependable work ethic.
