Job Summary:
Mouser Electronics is an award-winning global distributor of semiconductors and electronic components. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to create product strategies, manage the product lifecycle, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Create the product strategy for new external and internal customer experiences and applications that appeals the needs and requirements of corporate leadership, stakeholder, and sponsors.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery
• Define product requirements documents based on subject matter knowledge and expertise of the specific product stakeholders and users
• Build and maintain a strong Mouser and global ecommerce business acumen
• Elicit and document business needs, requirements, supporting artifacts, and agile feature acceptance criteria
• Develop and communicate program vision and feature roadmap
• Partner with system architects to understand and coordinate delivery of enabler work
• Ability to work to meet business goals, collaborate with the agile release train to build product features, and ensure delivered solutions continuously deliver value
• Proficiency in maintaining a well-groomed program feature backlog with well-defined acceptance criteria
• Contribute to establishment of product goals and review metrics to help identify opportunities and deliver successes
• Research and identify new opportunities for Mouser to innovate on behalf of our customers
• Take initiative to spend time with all levels of users (formal meetings, informal meetings, observing work, etc.)
• Establish open and timely communications with interested parties, stakeholders, and teams.
• Represents the company and Internet Business in a professional manner
• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and external contacts.

• Requires 4 years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, program analyst or equivalent position
• Requires 2+ years of experience with ecommerce environments (B2B preferred)
