We are seeking a talented, motivated, and competitive Sales Representative who thrives in a fastโpaced environment. The role is heavily phoneโdriven and requires strong relationshipโbuilding and leadโgeneration skills. High energy, integrity, and eagerness to contribute to company growth are emphasized. Previous experience in Electronic Components Sales.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities via:
- inbound website or phone leads
- outbound cold calls & emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand a database of prospects.
- Make a minimum of 65 outbound calls per day.
- Provide accurate information for processing P.O.s when purchasing components (Inside Sales variant).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Expectations
- High daily call volume (65+ calls per day).
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and activity metrics.
- Bring in new customers and generate sales.
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and stay organized.
Requirements
- 2โ5 years of sales experience (electronic components industry preferred).
- Strong phone presenceโcomfortable dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and ability to qualify opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email systems, and phone systems.
- Ability to learn industryโspecific software.
โฑ Work Hours & Compensation
- Fullโtime, onโsite role (Palm Harbor, FL).
- Hours: 8:30 AM โ 5:30 PM with 1โhour lunch.
- Base hourly pay plus commission opportunities (Inside Sales).
