Job description

We are seeking a talented, motivated, and competitive Sales Representative who thrives in a fastโ€paced environment. The role is heavily phoneโ€driven and requires strong relationshipโ€building and leadโ€generation skills. High energy, integrity, and eagerness to contribute to company growth are emphasized. Previous experience in Electronic Components Sales.


Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities via:
    • inbound website or phone leads
    • outbound cold calls & emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects.
  • Make a minimum of 65 outbound calls per day.
  • Provide accurate information for processing P.O.s when purchasing components (Inside Sales variant).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Expectations

  • High daily call volume (65+ calls per day).
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and activity metrics.
  • Bring in new customers and generate sales.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and stay organized.


Requirements

  • 2โ€“5 years of sales experience (electronic components industry preferred).
  • Strong phone presenceโ€”comfortable dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to qualify opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email systems, and phone systems.
  • Ability to learn industryโ€specific software.


โฑ Work Hours & Compensation

  • Fullโ€time, onโ€site role (Palm Harbor, FL).
  • Hours: 8:30 AM โ€“ 5:30 PM with 1โ€hour lunch.
  • Base hourly pay plus commission opportunities (Inside Sales).
