Blaine, MN | Contract to Hire | $25 - $35/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Panel Builder to join our team. As a Panel Builder, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and wiring electrical control panels according to blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in panel building, electrical assembly, and wiring, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings to assemble control panels.
  • Mount and wire electrical components such as switches, relays, terminals, circuit breakers, and PLCs into control panels.
  • Perform panel layout and drilling according to design specifications.
  • Test and troubleshoot completed panels to ensure functionality and adherence to quality standards.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Required Qualifications:
