We are looking for a Control Panel Builder to support our SJE Rhombus brand. This role will work out of our Detroit Lakes, MN location.

The job:
As our Control Panel Builder, your primary role will be to build electrical control panels that help control and monitor one of the world's most valuable and limited resources - Water! You will assembler control panels using a bill of materials, panel layout drawings, work instructions, or electrical schematics. You will layout and mount components on the back panel as well as the control panel enclosures (boxes) using common hand tools such as screwdrivers and wire cutters.
The skills, education, and experience you need:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • Experience using common hand tools
  • The ability to work independently and as a team
  • A willingness to learn

A high school diploma or GED is required. We will teach you what you need to know about building high quality control panels.

  • What are the hours? We have 2 day shifts to choose from,
    • Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 6:00 am - 11:00 am
    • Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm and Friday 7:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • What is your Paid Time Off and holiday policy? Up to 120 hours of Paid Time Off in your first year plus 8 paid holidays.
  • What is the starting wage? The starting wage for this position is $18.50 per hour.
