Position Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Panel Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling electrical panels according to wiring diagrams and schematics. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

4 Day Work Week
Monday - Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm
Key Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
  • Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to assemble electrical panels accurately.
  • Install electrical components such as relays, switches, circuit breakers, and terminal blocks.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure panels meet safety and performance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with panel assembly.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize panel design and functionality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Note: Job responsibilities do not include working with live electricity

Required Education & Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or equivalent id preferred.
  • Some electrical training and working with electrical diagrams is desired.
  • Experience working with HVAC equipment is desired.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Strong understanding of electrical components and systems.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
