Starting Wage: $27.64 - $30.37 per hour + $2.30 shift differential

Shift:

2nd - 4:48pm - 3:18am Monday - Thursday

WKND - 6:00am - 6:30pm Friday - Sunday

All shifts could require additional overtime

Location: 300 24th St NW, Faribault, MN 55021

Your Responsibilities:

  • Builds Rooftop HVAC units by assembling various complexcomponentparts
  • Required to perform a variety of assembly operations, moving within the area to meet production needs, performing tasks including buildup, electrical assembly, interior/exteriorcomponentfit-up, and final assembly
  • Uses a computer for assembly drawings
  • Performs a quality check on the unit before it leaves the assembly station.
  • Performs 5S procedures
  • Takes part in the training process for all new team members
  • Provides inputregardingthe performance of new team members
  • Participates with other team members on safety,processand quality improvement teams
  • Works with team members,supervisorsand support areas to coordinate workflow to meet production requirements
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications:

  • The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE.
  • The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time.
  • The ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
  • High School Education/GED OR Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
