Engineer I: $40.45-$46.52/hour
Engineer II: $44.14-$50.76/hour
Engineer III: $47.83-$55.00/hour

Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and alignment with role expectations. Paid overtime may be available.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrical engineer working with electrical systems, components, and assemblies
  • Experience with electrical design, modeling, analysis, and engineering documentation throughout the product lifecycle
  • Familiarity with sustaining engineering activities, cost-reduction initiatives, continuous improvement, and Engineering Change Request processes
  • Ability to identify, recommend, and execute electrical design improvements that support cost, quality, reliability, manufacturability, and performance goals
  • Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting capability, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with electrical modeling or simulation tools (CAD, analysis, or circuit modeling platforms) preferred
