LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking an eLearning Developer to join our team.


Location: Hurlburt Field, FL


Job Description:

The eLearning Developer supports the modernization of Special Tactics training through the design, development, and implementation of interactive digital learning products and instructional technologies.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop online learning modules
  • Design multimedia instructional products
  • Support learning management systems
  • Create digital assessments
  • Collaborate with instructors and curriculum developers
  • Ensure courseware meets learning objectives
  • Other related duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or Psychology
  • Minimum five years supporting DoD instructional technology programs
  • Experience developing online training solutions

  • Articulate Storyline experience
  • Adobe Captivate experience
  • SCORM development experience
  • Military training background
