Job description

One of the Midwest's largest restaurant franchise groups is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our busy, growing team. This position is part time with the opportunity to be full time (approx. 25-40 hours per week).

Job will be at our main office (some days could be remote from home) which is located inside a working restaurant. Vice President of Operations is looking for someone to assist our office team in everyday Administrative, HR and everyday operations as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical duties
  • Answer phones
  • Assist with A/P and A/R
  • File
  • Answer, compose emails
  • Answer customer complaints (by phone or email)
  • Assist with Payroll, and monthly bonuses, for 30+ restaurants
  • Assist with New Hire paperwork for the restaurants
  • Assist with setting up interviews/meetings
  • Be responsible for weekly paperwork from Restaurant/Area Managers
  • Organize appointments/calendars for the VP of Operations /Director of Operations
  • Assist and coordinate with vendors/maintenance/repairs
  • Assist and report directly to the VP of Operations and Director of Operations
  • Provide administrative support to Operations management as needed
  • Any other duties assigned by management

Qualified Candidates:

  • Demonstrate professional and strong work ethics
  • Punctual
  • Capable of multi-tasking
  • Interact in a friendly, professional manner with Managers/Area Managers
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Understand and follow work rules and procedures
