Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Office Manager to oversee daily operations within our State Farm agency. This role ensures the office runs smoothly, supports team efficiency, and maintains our commitment to outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate leads by example, takes initiative, communicates clearly, and fosters a culture of accountability and excellence. While this is a full-time role, we are open to a hybrid arrangement (part-time in office, part-time remote) for the right candidate. The candidate must also be willing to obtain a license for Property and Casualty insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring workflows and systems run efficiently.
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate schedules, meetings, and training.
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees, ensuring SOP adherence.
  • Maintain supply inventory, office equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee cash/check handling and deposit reconciliation per agency SOP.
  • Monitor ECRM task management and follow-up activities.
  • Ensure agency compliance with State Farm procedures and documentation standards.
  • Lead quality assurance efforts, reviewing client interactions and file accuracy.
  • Facilitate a professional, welcoming environment for clients and team members.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in office management or administrative leadership role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ECRM (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital file systems.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
  • Knowledge of State Farm procedures or insurance agency experience is a plus.
