Key Responsibilities
As a coach/player, lead the ecosystem enablement team -for both edge and enterprise products- to establish trust and transparency with Wind River's partners.
Validate complete solutions combining hardware from leading silicon and system vendors, Wind River platforms, and industry-specific applications, delivering a frictionless experience for our customers. Share roadmaps and collaborate with Product Management to align and drive go-to-market strategies. Architect solutions and actively engage with Engineering to establish best practices for automated and smooth validation of hardware, applications, or both.
This is an exciting, high impact role for an Ecosystem Technical Leader with a passion for mission critical software that impacts daily lives.
About you
You are a senior technical leader with experience supporting hardware and software ecosystems. You understand operating platforms from RTOS to Linux to Kubernetes and the challenges that enabling those present. You can navigate complex technologies, learn quickly, and lead by example.
  • 10+ years of experience with enterprise software platforms.
  • 3+ years as a team leader in a software company focusing on ecosystems and partners.
  • Clear understanding of the semiconductor industry and its ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven leader who takes accountability for outcomes and ensures teams deliver high-impact results.
  • Strong problem solver able to identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and build or improve scalable processes as needed.
  • Strong collaboration mindset.
  • Experience with open source is strongly desired.
  • Ability to attract, hire, coach, and retain talent.
  • Experience in software and system architecture is preferred.
  • Program management experience a plus.
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field. Bachelor's degree with suitable experience.

Compensation
The salary range for this role's listed grade level is between $172,000 to $250,000 plus 20% annual incentive plan. Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members. Employees in this role are also eligible for the following benefits in accordance with the terms of the Company's plans: health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, flex time off, eligibility to enroll in 401k, and 12 paid holidays.
