This role will work within the Marketing department across multiple brands, multiple product categories, and multiple projects at the same time. Our Brands

  • In The Ditch® Towing Products
  • Razorback Offroad RBO® Products
  • Fish Fighter® Products
  • Inventive® Products

What You Will Do

  • Support digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social media, paid ads, e-commerce, Amazon, and brand websites.
  • Design digital and print marketing assets including email graphics, social media posts, web banners, product graphics, campaign visuals, ads, sales materials, and promotional pieces.
  • Build, schedule, test, and monitor email campaigns across multiple brands.
  • Assist with SMS marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, segmentation, messaging, and performance tracking.
  • Create and schedule social media content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Support paid digital advertising efforts, including Google Ads, Google Shopping, product feeds, Meta ads, and campaign performance reporting.
  • Help manage product listings, creative assets, content, and promotional updates for Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, Amazon, and other e-commerce channels.
  • Work with the Marketing team to keep product pages, landing pages, campaign pages, blogs, and online listings accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with SEO-focused content updates, product descriptions, image optimization, keyword-friendly copy, and basic website content improvements.
  • Track campaign performance and help report on key metrics such as traffic, engagement, email opens/clicks, conversions, ad performance, and e-commerce sales activity.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations to gather accurate product information and turn it into clear, customer-friendly marketing.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across multiple companies, websites, campaigns, and sales channels.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce, product marketing, manufacturing, outdoor, automotive, towing, powersports, industrial, or related industries.
  • Graphic design experience with a strong eye for layout, typography, branding, and visual communication.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
  • Experience building and managing email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience creating and scheduling social media content for business accounts.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Google Shopping, or similar digital advertising tools.
  • Experience working in WordPress and Shopify, including updating pages, products, images, blogs, landing pages, and campaign content.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, product listings, product data, online merchandising, and conversion-focused content.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear product-focused marketing copy.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands, deadlines, campaigns, and priorities at the same time.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable checking product information, pricing, links, creative assets, and campaign details before launch.
  • Comfortable learning new software, marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and internal systems.
  • Self-motivated team player who can work independently while staying aligned with the larger Marketing team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, Amazon product listings, A+ Content, or marketplace content management.
  • Experience with SMS marketing platforms and customer segmentation.
  • Strong experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, or other website/e-commerce CMS platforms.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or similar tools.
  • Experience with paid social advertising, retargeting campaigns, display ads, or performance marketing.
  • Experience managing product feeds, product listings, digital catalogs, or online product content.
  • Basic photography, video, or short-form content creation experience.
  • Understanding of SEO, keyword research, product page optimization, and campaign landing pages.
  • Experience using AI tools to assist with content drafts, campaign ideas, reporting summaries, image support, workflow organization, or marketing research.
  • Experience working with multiple brands or product lines at the same time.

The Person Who Will Thrive Here

  • Enjoys both creative work and performance-driven marketing.
  • Can switch between designing a graphic, writing an email, checking an ad campaign, updating a product listing, and preparing social content without losing focus.
  • Likes working close to real products, real sales goals, and real business needs.
  • Is comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and timelines matter.
  • Asks good questions, double-checks details, and takes ownership of getting work completed correctly.
  • Brings ideas to the table but also understands the importance of brand standards, accuracy, and execution.
  • Wants to grow with a company that is building products, brands, systems, and marketing processes in-house.

Physical Requirements
