Hybrid Schedule (Tuesday - Thursday in office, Monday/Friday Remote)

We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Digital Merchandising Coordinator to join our growing E-Commerce team.

In this role, you'll help shape the online shopping experience across our U.S., UK, and Canadian direct-to-consumer websites. You'll play a key role in launching new products, optimizing digital merchandising, maintaining product information, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the premium Briggs & Riley brand.

Reporting to the Digital Operations Manager, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with flawless execution. If you're passionate about e-commerce, consumer behavior, and creating exceptional online shopping experiences, we'd love to hear from you.


Your day-to-day may include:


Digital Merchandising & Product Management

  • Manage product assortments, collections, navigation, and merchandising across our U.S., UK, and Canadian websites.
  • Coordinate product launches, seasonal updates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure product content, pricing, imagery, and inventory information are accurate and aligned with brand standards.
  • Partner with Inventory and Planning teams to maintain an exceptional online shopping experience.

Website Optimization & Analytics

  • Update homepages, landing pages, and merchandising campaigns to support business priorities.
  • Monitor merchandising performance, customer behavior, and key e-commerce metrics.
  • Conduct site audits and recommend opportunities to improve conversion and user experience.
  • Support A/B testing and ongoing optimization initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Creative, Customer Experience, and Inventory teams to execute key initiatives.
  • Coordinate product information, creative assets, and launch timelines.
  • Help maintain merchandising calendars and keep projects on schedule.
  • Monitor competitor activity and emerging digital merchandising trends.

  • Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CMS, PIM, merchandising tools, SEO, or personalization platforms is a plus.
