Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital/Ecommerce Project Manager in Denver, CO.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital and ecommerce Project Manager, to lead complex digital, ecommerce, and web initiatives across a diverse portfolio of brands and business units.
This role will take ownership of major website and digital transformation initiatives, including website migrations, redesigns, ecommerce platform planning, and related digital technology projects. The Project Manager will work closely with marketing, product, UX, technology, business leadership, external agencies, and executive stakeholders to move initiatives from strategy and planning through execution and launch.
The ideal candidate is an experienced digital project leader who can operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organization, bring structure to initiatives, and confidently manage competing priorities, dependencies, vendors, budgets, and senior-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major website migration initiatives, including project plans, workstream coordination, risk management, dependencies, and launch readiness
* Lead website redesign initiatives in partnership with marketing, product, UX, and business stakeholders
* Partner with product and technology teams on ecommerce platform strategy, requirements gathering, roadmap development, vendor evaluation, and migration planning
* Serve as a senior point of contact for strategic digital and ecommerce initiatives
* Own project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across complex, multi-phase projects
* Identify project risks and issues proactively and develop effective mitigation and resolution plans
* Lead project kickoffs, working sessions, status meetings, steering committees, and executive updates
* Provide clear reporting on project health, milestones, risks, decisions, and resource requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
* 3+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within digital marketing, ecommerce, web technology, or related environments
* Demonstrated experience leading website migrations, redesigns, digital transformations, or platform implementations from planning through launch
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders, workstreams, vendors, and competing priorities simultaneously
* Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems, web content management systems, digital marketing technology, and customer-facing digital platforms
* Proven ability to manage large, multi-stakeholder initiatives with significant business impact
* Experience managing external agencies and vendors, including scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and performance
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions without direct authority
* Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with senior leadership and cross-functional partners
* Strong strategic thinking, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
* Comfortable operating in environments with evolving requirements and ambiguity
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident presenting project status, risks, recommendations, and decisions to senior leadership
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
