Job description

We are looking for a reliable, organized Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Assistant to work alongside our current marketing manager and help support day-to-day ecommerce and marketing operations.

Responsibilities include:
• Managing and assisting with TikTok Shop product setup and maintenance
• Editing and updating products on Shopify
• Assisting with Amazon product listings and ecommerce tasks
• Managing and assisting with email marketing campaigns
• Uploading products, images, descriptions, and collections
• Helping create and schedule social media posts
• Assisting with creative/content development
• Organizing digital assets and marketing materials
• Supporting various digital marketing projects and delegated tasks

Requirements:
• Experience using TikTok Shop is required
• Familiarity with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaigns
• General understanding of digital marketing systems including SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and ecommerce platforms
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Creative and able to follow direction
• Good communication skills
• Fast learner with strong follow-through

Bonus if experienced with:
• Canva
• TikTok content creation
• Basic photo/video editing
• Ecommerce brands
• Meta/TikTok ads
• Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms
• Amazon listing optimization or flat files

This role is ideal for:
