Job description

Join a dynamic eCommerce opportunity supporting digital growth, content excellence, and marketplace execution for a global industrial organization. This remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys partnering across teams to improve product presence, strengthen digital merchandising, and drive measurable online performance.

Responsibilities
  • Support eCommerce leadership in applying best practices that improve product visibility and execution across partner websites.
  • Build and maintain SKU lists, coordinate product data readiness, and help close content or data gaps with internal partners.
  • Track new product introductions from launch planning through post-launch content audits to help ensure launch readiness.
  • Execute digital growth initiatives such as cross-sell tactics, content enrichment, merchandising updates, and search optimization efforts.
  • Assist with digital marketing activities, including portfolio reviews, content uploads, and performance measurement across partner channels.
  • Collaborate with key account, regional, marketing, and division teams to identify content sources, process improvements, and scalable solutions.
  • Monitor eCommerce performance and share updates, insights, and recommendations with management and business partners.
  • Help educate internal stakeholders on eCommerce impact through reporting, dashboards, presentations, and best-practice sharing.
Skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in online merchandising, digital marketing, digital account support, or marketplace management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications.
  • Experience working with corporate systems related to digital or operational support.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively with limited direction.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid analytical and project coordination skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, completed prior to start.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting retail partners or customer-facing eCommerce initiatives.
  • Background in digital content management, product syndication, or new item setup.
  • Familiarity with analytics-driven decision-making and performance reporting.
  • Experience contributing to cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working with search optimization, ratings and reviews, or other digital demand generation tactics.
