Purpose and Objective:
Honeywell International Inc. seeks a Sr IT Architect - Hybris Tech at our Tempe, AZ location to ensure IT systems and applications meet the requirements of the businesses and their processes.

Responsibilities
Expectations and Tasks:
Create, influence, and drive customer vision. Integrate Strategic Business Group (SBG) specific business processes related to Hybris into the Customer & Commercial Excellence (C&CE) Enterprise IT strategy. Lead the eCommerce Operations across Strategic Business Group (SBG) in Onshore hours. Maintain the zero downtime and no P1/P2 for ecommerce solution. Lead the team in quickly providing appropriate the resolution and providing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in case of any P1/P2. Use learned changes in eCommerce solution across the Strategic Business Groups (SBGs). Use end-to-end visibility of solutions and collaborate cross-team and cross-function to drive resolutions. Work on end-to-end eCommerce solution across SBGs. Align and support of all critical systems relative to security and data privacy policies and standards inclusive of accessibility, vulnerability, and website inventory management. Review design documents from the development team to ensure adherence to proper architecture. Collaborate with the Business to solve critical issues. Develop tactical plans to address short term deficiencies in current infrastructure.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing and Human Resources Management or a related field of study and ten (10) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
  • Experience must involve ten (10) years in the following:

  • SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud); and

  • SAP CRM.

  • Experience must involve five (5) years in the following:

  • SAP Web channel; and

  • SAP SD.

  • Experience must also involve three (3) years in the following:

  • SAP CPQ; and

  • SAP C4C (SAP Cloud for Customer).

BASE SALARY: $157,934 per year
