Job description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will develop relationships with new and existing customers, generate leads, promote company products and services, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
  •  Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  •  Identify and pursue new sales opportunities. 
  •  Promote and sell company products and services. 
  •  Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities. 
  •  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. 
  •  Maintain accurate customer and sales records within CRM systems. 
  •  Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
 
Compensation:
  •  Base Salary: $25,625 – $32,000 annually.
  •  Commission: Performance-based with unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications:
  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience preferred.
  •  Experience using CRM systems such as Business Central preferred. 
  •  Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  •  Excellent customer service and organizational abilities. 
  •  Valid driver’s license required.
