We are hiring an experienced Dozer Operator capable of running machines with GPS and without. This role is ideal for someone skilled in mass grading, finish work, and efficient site preparation.


Requirements
5+ years of dozer operating experience
Able to operate dozers with GPS systems and without GPS
Strong background in mass grading, cuts/fills, and site balancing
Ability to read grade stakes, follow site plans, and work with survey/layout teams
Reliable, safetyfocused, and able to work in all weather conditions
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Job Duties
Perform mass grading, fine grading, and site prep
Operate dozers accurately with GPS or traditional grade stakes
Work closely with site supervisors and grading crews
Maintain equipment and report mechanical issues
