Job description

We are a family-owned and operated food production facility dedicated to producing high-quality baked goods. We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Dough Mixer/Kneader to join our production team.
The ideal candidate must be able to repeatedly lift 30 pounds or more throughout the workday, as mixed dough must be transferred to our laminating process for the next stage of production.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Mixing and kneading dough according to established production procedures.
Safely transferring dough to the laminating process.
Paying close attention to product quality and production details.
Sifting ingredients and maintaining accurate production standards.
Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, and machinery.
Following all food safety, GMP, and workplace safety procedures.
Assisting in other production areas as needed.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and able to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment. Prior experience in food manufacturing or commercial baking is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
