Job description

Summary:
This position requires a Bachelor of Science and 5 years' experience in QA with a DOD contract. Must be familiar with customer satisfaction surveys for a general population customer survey; services that will be administered under a point of service survey; survey tools and process (e-mail, paper, telephone or other); random sampling methodology; sample size determination; survey distribution methods; definition of survey scale and "acceptable" performance threshold; and methods of preparation, coordination, reviewing, distribution, and retention of reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead duties including, but not limited to:
  1. Manage a QA organization
  2. Knowledge of and experience with QA metrics and analysis.
  3. Knowledge of QA surveys.
  4. Knowledge of and experience with USAF QA.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  1. Knowledge of USAF QA.
  2. Knowledge of and experience managing a QA team.
  3. Knowledge of and experience with HAZMAT, safety and environmental rules and regulations at a DOD facility.

Minimum Job Requirements:
1. This position requires a BS
2. 5 years' experience in QA with a DOD contract.
3.
