Viral Nation offers a fluid, creative, and growth-oriented environment that will support your ambitions to apply your talents in an open, collaborative, and fast-paced culture. This role will involve working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive successful campaign outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Reviewing vendor contracts, SOWs, and change of scopes for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish costs and time for scope requests.
  • Provide timely updates and documentation to the internal and external teams, including quotes/estimates, timeline, status, next steps, and budget.
  • Prepare and consistently update project documentation through all phases of the project lifecycle to keep internal teams and client(s) updated.
  • Proficiency with project management tools.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team communication.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Resource Management:

  • In collaboration with Account Director(s) and/ or Sr. Project Manager(s), schedule and assign appropriate resources for task and/or project completion.
  • Ensure resources are completing tasks on schedule.
  • Reallocate resources as needed to ensure timelines are met.
  • Ongoing monitoring and forecasting of resource capacity levels.

External Management & Internal Planning:

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors.
  • Facilitate and lead internal meetings in collaboration with client service leads.
  • Participate in client status meetings as necessary.
  • Participate in collective problem-solving sessions.
  • Provide input and updates to client service leads on all assigned projects.
  • Provide client leads with actual hours spent on projects to invoice.
  • Reconciliation of hard costs & tracker updates.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in project management or influencer marketing would be a plus.
  • Understanding of content strategies and marketing that leverage influencer partnerships to enhance brand awareness
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral to ensure effective collaboration with vendors, influencers, internal teams and clients
  • Some knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape, including current trends, best practices, and platform algorithms.
This role has an annual salary range of $70K to $90K USD.
