  • Summary: Under general supervision, is responsible for maintaining organized filing systems, assisting Eligibility Assistants with clerical tasks to support timely case processing for Eligibility Caseworkers, Enter data accurately into state systems, scanning/uploading client documentation into the case management system or to Eligibility Assistants, maintaining fully stocked printer rooms and current documents. 
  • We are seeking a dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented Contract Clerical Support team member to assist with clerical operations within Family Assistance.
  • This position plays a key role in supporting caseworkers and eligibility assistants and ensuring efficient service delivery to clients.
