Division of Community Health Services (CHS) - Credentialing
The Administrative Services Assistant (ASA) will assist the CHS Credentialing Team with administrative and operational support for credentialing and recredentialing activities.
Assist with preparing, reviewing, and submitting medical and dental credentialing and recredentialing documentation.
Track credentialing submissions, deadlines, expiration dates, statuses, and required follow-up.
Assist with maintaining accurate provider, facility, and credentialing records and databases.
Coordinate collection of required information and documentation from CHS staff and other stakeholders.
Organize and maintain credentialing files, correspondence, confirmation records, and supporting documentation.
