Iron Mountain is seeking askilled and detail-oriented Digitizing Records Specialistto join ourDocument Management Services (DMS)team.

In this role, you will be responsible formaintaining a high-volume production pace, ensuring the accurate preparation and scanning of hard copy records, and achieving a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM (10,000 KPH).

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Perform Document Transformation:Sort and prepare hard copy records by removing staples and filing documents to ensure they are ready for high-quality electronic imaging.
  • Collaborate for Operational Excellence:Work closely with Imaging Center personnel to provide production updates and clarify job-specific tasks, ensuring all conversion objectives are met.
  • Ensure Process Integrity:Adhere to all Imaging Center guidelines and organizational standards to maintain a clean work environment and ensure internal documentation and tracking are accurately completed.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1+ yearsof experience in a high-volume production, data entry, or document imaging environment.
  • Strong knowledge ofPC operations and document scanning hardware, with the ability to maintain record order and sequence throughout the digitization process.
  • Proven ability inworking independently at a sustained pace to meet strict production rates while delivering high-quality digital outputs.
