PRIMARY FUNCTION

The T-38 Property Specialist responsible forreviewingcompanypractices to ensure that they are following pertinent regulations.Asaudits may occur annually or at other intervals and may include reviewing documentation and other records.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Receive Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), kits, and other inventory property.

  • Accurately enter all property into database. Perform material transfers and releases as needed per all company processes and federal regulations.

  • Conduct inventory cycle counts, verifying item storage, location, quantity, etc.

  • Responsible for control and accuracy of material and records using both manual and electronics inventory control system.

  • Familiar with ITAR, FAR, DFAR regulations

  • Oversee physical inventory annually.

  • Ensure the following:

    • Reports are generated, verified accurate and on time.

    • Documents are completed correct and all required signatures are obtained

    • Parts are stored in logical, systematic order for easy location and retrieval

    • Support documents for monthly cycle counts are present and properly identified and that the forms are filed for accountability and accuracy of records.

  • Maintain the following:

    • Costpoint retrieval records to ensure seamless retrieval in designated warehouse, description in formation, quantity, cost, serial lot number, and quantity availability.

    • Maintain inventory control over all parts inventory, verification, and accuracy of parts on hand, locations, abbreviations, shelf life, and lot identification information.

    • Maintain inventory for receipts, stocking, issues, and return to stock, location transfers, and filing.

  • Perform the following:

    • Monthly cycle counts recording audit information as required.

    • Transfer all items per the Property Movement Form (PMF) protocol

    • Transfer parts into inventory per cycle counts-physical inventory.

    • Work with all areas as needed to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained.

  • Review Costpoint records for retrieval information and to verify part information for easy retrieval in designated warehouse, description, quantity, cost, serial lot number, and availability.

  • Responsible for control and accuracy of material and records using both manual and electronic inventory control systems.

  • Perform other various administrative duties as needed, assigned and/or required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities. This position has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Ability to enter data accurately into databases, follow processes, perform basic mathematical computations, and write routine reports and correspondence.

  • Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to Yulista's goals.

  • Ability to operate general office equipment such as fax, phone, scanner, printer, etc.

  • Ability to read, learn, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to detect unobvious facts and issues, and exercise resourcefulness in resolving problems.

  • Ability to multi-task and perform duties with minimal supervision.

  • High degree of self-motivation, independent work skills, excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and trustworthy.

  • Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and consider decision impact across multiple areas.

  • Strong decision analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and justify decisions.

  • Basic to Intermediate computer skills, specifically using Microsoft Office Suite and Deltek CostPoint, with an ability to learn additional skills and software programs.

  • Experience working with TCMax, TMI Portal, CostPoint and Cognos preferred.

  • Previous experience operating a forklift preferred.

  • Previous experience conducting physical inventory counts preferred.

  • Previous experience working within PCARSS desired.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent with at least 2 years of related work experience preferred.

  • Ability to deal with physical demands to include warehouse environment, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting inventory items up to and at times exceeding 50 pounds with appropriate safety requirements.

  • Must be reliable and responsible with abilities to work independently and commitment to work weekends and any overtime as needed.

  • Ability to pass a drug and background screening.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
